Reading of the battery charge level
To know the charge level, press and hold the charge button located above the battery. Please note
that the charge LED remains functional even if the battery is switched off (see below).
The 4 LEDs light up to indicate the corresponding charge level.

1. Using the BESST tool, update the dial to see if the
problem solves.
2. Replace the dial, if the problem persists
replace the lock electronics.
