Register your purchase within 30 days of purchase at www.espressioneNA.com.
If your appliance fails to operate properly while in use under normal household conditions within the warranty period,
visit electra-craft.com for product care and maintenance self-help.
To initiate a warranty claim, please email: info@electra-craft.com, or call 1-201-439-1700. Please have your model
number and serial number available. Return and packing instruction information will be provided at that time.

For sale in the 50 United States and District of Columbia, only. Please note:
This limited warranty is extended to the original purchaser for products purchased for home use within the USA. In
Alaska and Hawaii, the limited warranty does not include the costs of shipping units. California residents may have
additional return options. Please ask the authorized ESPRESSIONE Service Center for additional information.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you
specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. To know what your legal rights
are, consult your local or state consumer affairs office or your state's Attorney General.
ESPRESSIONE NA Will Cover:
If the espresso machine fails due to a defect
in materials or workmanship during the
limited one-year warranty, ESPRESSIONE
NA will either repair or replace your product
at the sole discretion of ESPRESSIONE NA.
Parts and Labor and return shipping back to
you are covered.
For the 2nd year of the warranty,
ESPRESSIONE NA will cover PARTS ONLY.
If your unit should require service, email us
and we will advise where to send it, and
cover only the parts for the repair.

ESPRESSIONE NA Will NOT Cover:

Improper installation, delivery, or
maintenance.
Failure of the product if it is abused,
misused, or used for other than the
intended purpose or used commercially.
Damage caused after delivery.
Damage to the product caused by
accident, fire, floods or acts of God.
Incidental or consequential damage
caused by possible defects with this
appliance.
Labor and other charges to install and/or
remove the product
