Danger of Injury
Keep the device and packaging material away from children and

animals. There is a risk of injury and suffocation!
This device should not be used by people (including children) with

impaired sensory or mental faculties or who do not have adequate
experience and/or knowledge of such devices, unless they are su-
pervised by a person responsible for their safety, or have received
instructions from such a person on how to use the device.
Parents and other people in supervisory capacities should be

aware of their responsibility because, due to children's natural
instinct for play and desire to experiment, it is foreseeable that
situations and behaviour will occur for which the training device
is not constructed.
If you allow children to use the device, you should take their mental
■
and physical development, and above all, their temperament into
consideration. You should supervise the children as necessary
and, most importantly, inform them regarding the correct use of the
device. The training device is in no way suitable for use as a toy.
The device should not be used if it is damaged.

Ensure that you are properly warmed up before you use the device.

Start the exercises slowly and only increase the intensity gra-

dually. Improper use of the device and excessive training can
be detrimental to your health. Be careful not to overdo it or to
overestimate your abilities.
The device may only be used by one person at a time.

Please consult your doctor before using the device if you belong
■
to a health risk group, if you have not done any sport for some
time, if you have cardiac or cardiovascular system problems or
orthopaedic problems. If necessary, coordinate your training
programme with him.
Women should not use the device during pregnancy, or only af-

ter consultation with their doctor.
Stop training immediately if you suddenly feel weak or dizzy. If
■
you feel sick, have pain in your chest or arms, an irregular heart-
