Make sure that the training room is well ventilated while you are

doing your exercises.
Do not train immediately after a meal or after consuming alcohol.

Wear comfortable clothing and exercise shoes with non-slip so-

les for training. Do not use the device when naked.
Be careful not to let your fi ngers or clothing become entangled in

the device's moving parts.
If you have long hair, be sure to tie it up before training to prevent
■
it from being caught up in the device. Take off all jewellery.
Instructions for Use
Always inspect the device and accessories for damage and
■
wear before use. Do not use the device if it shows obvious signs
of damage.
Caution! The safety level of the device can only be maintained if
■
it is regularly checked for damage. For this reason, in the interest
of your own safety, inspect the device for damage each time
before you use it (look for cracks, holes, loose screws, etc.).
Defective parts must be replaced immediately by a specialist.
The device may no longer be used until it has been repaired.
If the device is broken, do not attempt to repair it yourself. In the

event of any damage, please contact the customer service de-
partment or a specialist.
The device should be used only when it is properly assembled.

Ensure that the securing pin for locking the base height in place
■
is set correctly and does not protrude so that you do not get
caught on it while training.
Only use the accessories that are supplied with the device.

Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures, strong tem-
■
perature fl uctuations, direct sunlight or moisture.
Leave suffi cient space on all sides of the device (at least 1 met-
■
re) so that you have enough room to move during training.
Place the device on a level surface. Cover delicate surfaces (la-
■
minates, parquet fl oors etc) with a non-slip protective fl oor mat
where necessary.
Position the device out of the reach of children and animals.
