NOTE: The internal diameter of the connection piping to these units has to be
bigger than 28 mm. The above mentioned connection piping must be properly

insulated.
Piping path has to be defined in order not to interfere with the removal of the metal cover
panels on the bottom side of the unit.

To facilitate installation and maintenance, we recommend that manual shut-off valves are
installed on the intake and outlet pipes, and that a mechanical «Y» filter is interposed
between the valve and the inlet of the heat exchanger, in order to prevent the clogging of

the heat exchanger.

Use protection glasses to avoid hot water spays on the eyes during air bleeding
operation
The coils for sizes 020÷050, are provided with air-vents/water drainage valves, accessible by us-
ing a screwdriver through the holes on the side of the inner frame.
On sizes 060-070 the air-vent valves are not included, therefore it is necessary to prearrange on
the water piping a device for the water discharge and air vent from the coil.

During hydraulic connection phases, it is recom-
mended to pay attention not to exert excessive
force when tightening the connections and in
case to use a double pipe wrench to avoid an over
tightening and irreparable damages to the coil.
