DESCRIZIONE DELLA TERMOVENTILANTE Le termoventilanti da incasso della serie EBH, grazie ai loro ventilatori ad alta prevalenza, sono indicate per la maggior parte delle installazioni orizzontali, dove è prevista una distribuzione canalizzata dell’aria di condizionamento in ambienti voluminosi. Tali unità sono apparecchiature destinate al RISCALDAMENTO e RAFFRESCAMENTO degli ambienti ad uso civile;...

Aprire la scatola (Fig. 3-punto 3) e prelevare le quattro staffe con le rispettive viti in dotazione.

  • Page 16 Nel caso in cui l’unità venga impiegata per il raffrescamento estivo degli ambienti, si dovrà eseguire una tubazione idonea alla scarico della condensa. Tale tubazione dovrà essere opportunamente isolata. L’attacco è situato sul lato della vaschetta di raccolta condensa ed è costituito da un tubo metallico con diametro di 20 mm su cui poter collegare un tubo in gomma.
  • Page 17 • un cavo di terra che unisca le varie sezioni e che garantisca l’equipotenzialità elettrica tra i vari componenti della canalizzazione e l’unità termoventilante; • adeguati sistemi di sostegno ed isolamento termo-acustico; • è necessario prevedere uno spazio di almeno 50 cm dal lato aspirazione per avere un ingresso adeguato dell’aria.

USO E MANUTENZIONE 7.1 AVVIAMENTO E MANUTENZIONE ORDINARIA Dopo l’allacciamento ed il riempimento della batteria di scambio dell’unità provvedere allo sfiato dell’aria residua come riportato al Paragrafo 6.4.1. Prima dell’avviamento dell’impianto controllare: • la corretta apertura delle valvole, • l’assenza di perdite d’acqua dalle varie tubazioni, •...

Open the accessories box and take out the four brackets and relevant screws (Fig. 3-point 3). Place the brackets on the four holes and fix them with the screws (Fig.

Drain valve In case of 2 way valve or control valves not supplied by EURAPO are available auxiliary drain pan (as accessory) in galvanized steel or in stainless steel (AISI 316). Auxiliary drain pan in stainless steel In case that the unit works in cooling mode, a correct condensing water discharge is necessary.
  • Page 37 If a natural water discharge is not possible, an appropriate condensate pump (optional) can be installed. The condensate pump has to be mounted according to the instruction manual given with the pump. When finishing the water connection operation and after pressurizing the hydraulic system, execute a tightness test at a higher pressure than the standard one, in order to avoid water leaks during the regular use of the unit.

  • Page 40 7. OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE 7.1 ORDINARY START-UP AND MAINTENANCE After connecting the unit to the pipe system and after filling the coil, bleed any residual air in the system by opening the air bleed valves located near at the top of the water piping system, as specified in Par.

  • Page 43 All EURAPO EBH units are provided with dynamically balanced fan decks, in order to reduce noise at minimum levels and to avoid vibrations. For this reason, EURAPO suggest to ask for a new complete and balanced fan deck, instead of replacing single components (for ex. only the electric motor).

BESCHREIBUNG DES KANAL-KLIMAGERÄTS EBH-Kanal-Klimageräts sind durch Verwendung von Hochleistungsventilatoren bestens ge- eignet zum Einsatz in Luftkanalsystemen, bei welchen Kühlen und Heizen benötigt wird. Die Geräte sind für horizontalen Einbau vorgesehen. Die Ventilatorkonvektoren sind Geräte, die zur Behandlung der Raumluft dienen. Auf Grund des Aufbaues sind sie sowohl für Kühl- als auch Heizzwecke zu verwenden.

Die vier Befestigungsbügel und Schrauben von dem Karton der Zubehören (Abb. 3-Punkt 3) entnehmen.

Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Wasser richtig evakuiert, durch Verschütten etwas Wasser ins Schale.   • Page 58 Als Zubehör für EBH-Geräte sind Ausblasplenum mit Stutzen verfügbar, die für die Verwendung wo die Luftverteilung durch kreisförmige und flexible Rohre (Durchmesser 200 mm) durchge- führt wird, mit einer geeigneten externen Wärmeisolierung versehen. Stutzen Ausblasplenum 6.6 ELEKTRISCHE ANSCHLÜSSE Bevor die elektrische Verbindung ausgeführt wird, muss die Kompatibilität zwischen Netz- teil und die technischen Eigenschaften der Kontrollen und/oder der anderen Zubehör, die an das Gerät angeschlossen werden müssen, überprüft werden.
  • Page 59 Für einen korrekten und ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb des Kanal-Klimageräts und seines Zube- hörs, wird die Verwendung von EURAPO Reglern und Thermostaten empfohlen. Diese müssen gemäß Installationsanforderung und Verwendung des Gerätes gewählt werden. In den Gerätegrößen 020 – 030 in Standardausführung (z.B. mit CBL00) ist es nicht möglich, mehr als einen Elektromotor an einem Regler bzw.

GEBRAUCH UND WARTUNG 7.1 INBETRIEBNAHME UND REGELMÄSSIGE WARTUNG Nach erfolgtem Anschluss und Füllen der Wasseraustauscher des Ventilatorkonvektors ist die überschüssige Luft durch das Entlüftungsventil, das sich am höchsten Punkt des Gerätes in der Nähe der Außenanschlüsse befindet, zu entleeren (s. Par. 6.4.1). Vor Inbetriebnahme des Systems überprüfen Sie: das ordnungsgemäße Öffnen der Ventile;...
