3.3 Einbau
Der pH-Sensor wird mit dafür speziell
geeigneten Fittingen in die Rohrleitung
eingebaut. Vor dem Einbau muss der
Sensor an den Transmitter 8205
angesschlossen und mit Puffer Lösungen
kalibriert werden (Verweisen wir Sie auf
die Bedienungsanleitung
TransmittersTyp 8205). Die Schutz-hülse
vom Sensor entfernen und aufbewahren.
1. Beim Einbau des Fitting (4) in die
Rohrleitung, müssen die Einbau-
vorschriften beachtet werden
(siehe Abschnitt 3.2).
2. Die Kunststoffmutter (3) in den
Fitting einlegen, dann den
Kunstsoffring (2) in die
Führungsnut (5) einrasten lassen.
3. Den pH-Sensor (1) in den Fitting
vorsichtig einschieben, bei
korrektem Einbau darf sich der
Sensor nicht drehenlassen.
4. Das Sensorgehäuse mit der
Kunststoffmutter(3) am Fitting
festschrauben.
Achtung! Die Kunststoffmutter nur
von Hand anziehen!

3.3 Installation
The pH sensor 8200 can be easily
installed in pipes using our specially
designed system. Before installation, the
sensor must be connected to the
transmitter 8205 and calibrated within a
buffer solution (please refer to the ins-
des truction manual of the pH-transmitter
type 8205). Remove the protective cap
of the sensor and store in safe place.
1. The fitting (4) must be installed into
the pipe according to the installa-
tion specifications in section 3.2.
2. Insert the plastic nut (3) into the fitting,
and let the plastic ring (2) snap into
the guide bush (5).
3. Carefully insert the pH sensor (1)
into fitting. If installed correctly, the
transmitter cannot be rotated.
4. Tighten the sensor housing to the
fitting with plastic nut (3) provided.
Caution! Only tightened the plastic nut
by hand!

3.3 Montage
Le capteur de pH 8200 est installé
dans les conduites à l'aide des rac-
cords spéciaux. Avant toute installa-
tion, le capteur sera raccordé au
transmetteur 8205 et calibré à l'aide
de solutions tampons (se reporter au
manuel d'utilisation du transmetteur
de pH type 8205). Retirez le capu-
chon de protection et conservez-le.
1. Lors du montage du raccord (4)
dans la conduite, respectez les
consignes de montage(voir §3.2)
2. Déposer l'écrou (3) sur le raccord
et insérer le circlip (2) dans le
siège (5).
3. Enfoncer soigneusement le capteur
(1) dans le raccord. Si le montage
est correct, le capteur ne peut plus
pivoter.
4.Verrouiller l'ensemble avec
l'écrou (3).
Attention! Serrer l'écrou uniquement
à la main!
