check the mobility and wearing of the brackets
AUTOMATIC-RELEASE
Never grease or oil the automatic-release!
Clean with high-pressure cleaner when the automatic-release is dirty.

Clean the unit with a high-pressure cleaner (hot water).
•
Lubricate and oil moving parts (see arrows in Fig. 1).
•
Check screws and nuts for tightness.

Check brackets (1) for mobility and wearing.
Clean teeth and brackets and check for wearing.
Replace worn or bent brackets.
•
Remove hexagon nuts (2) including screws.
•
Note the position of the spacer bushes (3).
•
Tighten hexagon nuts (2) including screws.
THE BRACKETS MUST BE MOVABLE.
Loosen any tightened hexagon nuts and screws (2).
