WATTS
Watt-controlled training mode.
USER
In this mode you can exercise according to your own programmed
profile.
Increase the resistance during exercise / Adjust values
UP
Decrease the resistance during exercise / Adjust values
DOWN
Confirm setting or selection.
MODE
Press & hold this button for approx. 2 seconds to reset all values to 0. Press this button in
RESET
a training pause to return to the initial display.
Start or stop a workout.
START/STOP
Press this button to start the heart recovery measurement.
RECOVERY
Press this button to start the body fat measurement.
BODY FAT
Plug in power supply. Computer will power on and full display will be shown for approx. 2 seconds.
In the next step you can enter user data by selection a user from U1 to U4 with the joggle wheel
and confirm with "MODE". Set sex, age, height and weight (see figure). After setting all user data,
computer will switch to main menu.
This computer has an automatic on/off function so that it switches on when the pedals move or
when any button is pressed, and turns into stand-by mode automatically if no signal has been re-
ceived for approx. 4 minutes.

Workout Selection

Select the workout mode with the joggle wheel and press "MODE" to confirm:
M (manual) -> P (program 1-12) -> H.R.C -> W (WATTS) -> U (user).
