4.1 Personnel awareness obligation

The Responsible Organization must instruct the Operator on how to
use, clean and service the Product.
The instructions must be provided in written form on the basis of this
Manual.

4.2 Warranty and liabilities

TECNO-GAZ disclaims all liability as regards unreliable Product
operation in the following cases:
The Product has not been used for its intended purpose and in
-
conformity with the operating instructions.
Authorized modifications and repairs have not been performed
-
by TECHNICAL SERVICE PERSONNEL.
