STRAIN RELIEF

For your safety, the power cable is fitted with a strain relief device to prevent the power plug from
being removed from the transformer; this may break the cable or reduce the effectiveness of the
system's spray water protection.
At the same time it makes sure that the power cable is not involuntarily driven over, should it lie
beneath the bed. This relief unit comes factory installed.

Nothing must be fitted to or hung on the relief unit.

Do not hang any other objects on the hook besides the power cable.

The power cable must be carefully positioned without kinks, without pulling, and without
touching the floor.

To ensure that your power cable remains in a
functional and safe condition even after
protracted use, we have provided a device
where you might safely leave the rolled-up
cable beneath the nursing bed when it is not
being electrically operated (Fig. 8a) at the
cross bar of the slatted frame (below the
relief unit).
