When the patient sees "Your evaluation ended" at the top of their screen, they will tap

Note: If the patient needs to log events, they must complete event logging prior to
ending the evaluation.
Note: The patient must upload all data collected by the recorder within 12 days of
starting the evaluation.
Note: After the patient uploads the data, the HCP can view the patient reports in
CareLink for Professional CGM Systems.
End the Evaluation Early
The patient can end the evaluation before seven days, if necessary. Some reasons for
ending the evaluation early include: the sensor has pulled out of the patient or the patient
is experiencing redness, pain, tenderness, or swelling at the sensor site. Make sure the
patient uses the app to log all the events before ending the evaluation and does not
discard the recorder until the data has successfully uploaded.
To end the evaluation manually, go to Menu, tap End Evaluation, and follow the
instructions on the screen. The app will sync data from the recorder and send it to the
™
CareLink
software.
Note: The patient should not delete the app until they review the data with the
HCP.
