The Envision™ Pro App
The app has two modes, one for HCPs and one for patients, with slightly different
functionalities. If the patient has a compatible mobile device, the patient can download
the app directly onto their mobile device. The patient will use the patient mode of the app
to start a new evaluation under HCP supervision, and then upload ata and manually log
events at home.
If the patient does not have a compatible mobile device or prefers not to use their mobile
device, the HCP can download the app onto the clinic's mobile device. The HCP can then
use the HCP mode of the app to start a new evaluation for the patient and upload data.
The patient can manually log events, for example meals, exercise, and medication, on a
paper log sheet as per HCP instructions. At the end of the evaluation, the patient will
return their Envision™ recorder and the log sheet to the HCP. The HCP will then end the
evaluation using the clinic's mobile device.
Envision™ Sensor and Recorder Setup
Insert the Envision™ sensor and connect the Envision™ recorder. Refer to the
Envision™ sensor, recorder, and serter user guides for instructions.
Note: Retain the recorder bag as this will be needed for pairing the recorder.
After the Envision™ sensor is inserted into the patient's body, and the Envision™
recorder is connected to the sensor, you can use the app to set up a new evaluation on
the mobile device.
