Loosen the handlebar adjustment knob. Set the handlebar in the desired position and tighten the knob.
Make sure the handlebar is secured.
Loosen the saddle guide knob. Set the saddle to the desired position and tighten the knob.
Make sure the saddle is secured.
Shifting the saddle to the front or rear will activate different muscle groups.
Fix the side of the rubber strap with three holes to the internal part of the pedal. Fix the other end to one of
the adjustment opening so that the feet is fixed during training and easy to take out. Repeat for the other pedal.
Level the device with the knob on the side of the pads on the rear base.

Remove the safety film from the display before use.
COMPUTER (MODEL)

TURNING ON
The computer turns on after power is connected.
It will display all elements on the screen within two seconds.
AUTO ON/OFF
The computer is switched on when the flywheel moves or any button is pressed.
The computer is switched off after four minutes of inactivity.
BUTTONS
UP – it is used to select and increase values.
DOWN – it is used to select and decrease values.
MODE – it is used to confirm choices.
RESET – it is used to return to the main menu when setting a training or during
a programme. To reset, press it for 2 seconds.
START/STOP – it is used to start or end training.
RECOVERY– it is used to check your fitness and physical condition based on the heart rate
drop after you stop exercising.
BODY FAT – it measures the fat tissue content in the body.
Total exercise duration, from the start to the end.
Set target time.
Displays the current speed.
Total distance from the start to the end of the exercise.
The travelled distance.
Total calories burnt from the start to the end of the exercise.
(The measurement is an approximation for comparing training sessions. Do not use for medical
purposes).
Displays cadence (revolutions per minute).
Visualisation – the column on the left-hand side of the screen.
Displays the current heart rate.
Visualisation – the column on the right-hand side of the screen.
HRC max. is calculated from user data.
STEP 7.
Screw the seat (36) and seat backrest (37) into the seat
frame (2) using hexagonal bolts (14), and washers (15).
Plug in the power supply unit (52) and plug the cable into
the power socket on the front of the mainframe.
