ASSEMBLY MANUAL
CAUTION! Follow the steps below during the assembly and use tools supplied with the product.
Prepare sufficient space for the assembly operation.
It is advisable to assemble the product with another person because of the weight of some elements.

STEP 1.
Fix the handling grip (49) to the rear frame (7) with
hexagonal bolts (50), spring washers (13), and curved
washers (12).
Fix the rear (7) and front base (6) to the main frame (1)
using bolts (9), spring washers (13), curved washers (12),
and nuts (58).
Screw the adjustment knob (28) with the nut (58) to the
main frame (1).
ATTENTION! Remove any plastic or cardboard safety
inserts before assembly.
CAUTION! The front base has handling wheels. The rear
base has levelling pads.
STEP 2.
Screw the left and right pedal (27L/R) to the crank (40L/R).
Screw the right pedal bolt (27R) on clockwise. Screw the
left pedal (27L) counter-clockwise.
NOTE! The right pedal is marked 'R', and the left pedal
is marked 'L'.
STEP 3.
Connect the heart rate cables (45) to the connecting cables
(42) and the computer cable (30) to the computer
connecting cable (43).
Use hexagonal bolts (14), spring washers (13), and curved
washers (12) to screw the handlebar post (5) on to the
main frame (1).
