・ V erify correct placement of the clip in the recesses
of the holding jaws of clip applier.
・ D o not hold the clip in angled positions.
・ I f the spring section of the clip is not properly held
with the holding jaws of clip applier, the clip may
slip or spring out from the jaws. This may cause
damage to the closing force of the clip, which will
prevent closure of the targeted cerebral blood
vessels.
It is recommended hospital personnel records the type,
lot and serial numbers of the clip used for each patient.
To support traceability, Patient/Trace labels are included
in the clip package.
9. Contraindications and Prohibitions
1) Prohibition of reuse
This device is for single-time use only. Once the
blades of clip have been opened or the clip has come
into contact with blood or tissue of a patient, it must
