VII. BEFORE CONTACTING SERVICE CENTER
The following table gives the error codes that appear if multicooker malfunctions.

Common Problems and Possible Solution
Problem
The unit does not switch on
Voltage supply failure

There is a foreign object between the bowl and the heating element
The dish is taking too long to cook
The bowl is not properly positioned
Heating element is dirty
The packaging, user manual and the device itself may not be treated as household waste. Instead, it shall be taken to the applicable collection point for
the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment.

Do not operate the appliance with an empty inner bowl!
Unplug the appliance and let cool down for 10–15 minutes, add water/stock, and resume cooking.
If this does not eliminate the error, contact an authorized service center.
