STEW/CHILI Program
The program is recommended for stewing meat, vegetables and poultry.
Make meat, vegetarian, poultry chili. Default time depends on the type of
product selected (MEAT — 1 hour, POULTRY — 45 minutes, VEGETABLES — 40
minutes). Cook time can be adjusted. from 10 minutes to 12 hours in 5
minute intervals.
YOGURT Program
The program is recommended for making yogurt and proofing yeast dough.
Default time is 8 hours. It can be adjusted from 10 minutes to 12 hours in
5 minute intervals. The KEEP WARM function is not applicable for this
program.
BAKE Program
The program is recommended for baking cakes, puddings, and pies from
puff and yeast pastry dough. Default time is 50 minutes. It can be adjusted
from 10 minutes to 8 hours in 5 minute intervals. KEEP WARM time in BAKE
is 4 hours.
The readiness of the cake may be checked with a toothpick. Insert a
toothpick in and if it comes out dry, your cake is ready.
SAUTÉ Program
The program is recommended for sauteing meat, fish, poultry, vegetables,
and seafood. Default time depends on the type of product selected (FISH
— 15 minutes, MEAT — 18 minutes, POULTRY — 17 minutes, SEAFOOD — 16
minutes, VEGETABLES — 20 minutes). It can be adjusted from 5 minutes to
2 hours in 1 minute intervals. The TIME DELAY function is not applicable
for this program.
SAUTÉ with an open lid unless otherwise stated in the recipe. To prevent
food from burning follow instructions given in the recipe book and stir
the ingredients thoroughly while sautéing. Let the device cool down
before the next use in SAUTÉ.
The appliance maintains the temperature of the dish for up to 12 hours,

however, we recommend using the function moderately, to prevent food
from drying out.
RICE/GRAINS Program
The program is recommended for cooking rice and other grains. Default
time is 30 minutes. It can be adjusted from 5 minutes to 4 hours in 1 min-
ute intervals.
PASTA Program
The program is recommended for cooking pasta, ravioli, sausages, and
other convenience foods. Default time is 8 minutes. It can be adjusted from
2 minutes to 1 hour in 1 minute intervals. The TIME DELAY and KEEP WARM
functions are not applicable for this program.
Follow the steps of "Standard Operating Procedure for Automatic Programs".
When water comes to a full boil, an audible sound is heard. Carefully open
the lid, add ingredients into boiling water, close the lid, and press and hold
down the START button. The countdown starts.
BREAD Program
The program is recommended for baking bread. Default time is 3 hours. It
can be adjusted from 10 minutes to 4 hours in 5 minute intervals. KEEP
WARM time in BREAD is 4 hours.
CAUTION! During use the appliance and bread become hot! Use oven
mitts when handling the unit and removing the hot bread.
Sift baking flour before using, to add air. Avoid opening the lid of the
multicooker until the end of the baking cycle for best results!
Do not fill the bowl over 1/2 full. Note, that the appliance proofs the
dough for one hour before it starts baking. To reduce preparation time
and to simplify the process, use bread mixes to bake bread. We
recommend to disable the KEEP WARM function when baking bread.
VACUUM Program
The program is recommended for cooking vacuum sealed products. Default
time is 2 hours 30 minutes. It can be adjusted from 10 minutes to 12 hours
