Standard Operating Procedure for Automatic Programs
1. Measure the ingredients according to the recipe and place them inside
the bowl. Make sure that all ingredients are below maximum fill mark
on the inside of the bowl.
2. Position the bowl inside the appliance and slightly rotate it from side
to side to ensure, that it makes full contact with the heating element.
Close the lid until it clicks into place. Plug in the unit.
3. Press the MENU button repeatedly to select the required program
You can also select the program using the HOUR/– and MIN/+ buttons.
The Program and START button indicators are blinking; current time
indicator and default cook time are displayed.
If the program you selected is MULTICOOK, the display will show the tem-
perature value indicator.
4. Press SELECT PRODUCT to select the type of product. The subprogram
indicator starts blinking, default time is displayed. Type of product
can be selected in the BOIL/STEAM, STEW/CHILI, and SAUTÉ programs.
Skip the step if you selected a different program.
5. Adjust the cook time.
6. If the program you selected is MULTICOOK, press the TEMPERATURE
button to adjust the temperature. The temperature value indicator
starts blinking. Use HOUR/– to reduce and MIN/+ to increase the
temperature. Press and hold the corresponding button down to scroll
through the digits. When maximum value is reached, the device goes
back to the minimum value.

Delay the program if necessary.
8. Press and hold the START button for a few seconds to begin the
cooking cycle. The display shows remaining cooking time and
corresponding program indicator.
9. After the cycle is complete the program indicator goes off, and an
audible sound is heard. Depending on current settings the unit either
switches to KEEP WARM (the CANCEL/REHEAT button indicator lights
up) or standby mode.
10. To interrupt or to cancel the program press and hold down the
CANCEL/REHEAT button.

MULTICOOK Program
The program can be used to cook any dish with your own time and tem-
perature settings. You can manually set 28 temperature adjustments from
95°F (35°C) to 340°F (170°C). Default time is 30 minutes. It can be ad-
justed from 2 minutes to 15 hours in 1 minute intervals.
NOTE! If the temperature is above 280°F (140°С) then the cooking time
of the program should not exceed 2 hours.
For your convenience the device automatically disables the KEEP WARM
function if operating temperature of the program is below 175°F (80°С).
Press START in the beginning of the cooking cycle to enable the function
(the CANCEL/REHEAT button indicator lights up).
BOIL/STEAM Program
The program is recommended for boiling and steaming different food.
Default time depends on the type of product selected (FISH — 25 minutes,
MEAT — 40 minutes, POULTRY — 35 minutes, SEAFOOD — 20 minutes,
VEGETABLES — 30 minutes). It can be adjusted from 5 minutes to 2 hours
in 5 minute intervals.
To steam food:
• Fill the bowl with 2 ½ — 4 cups (600–1000 ml) of water. Place the
steam tray inside the bowl.
• Measure the ingredients according to the recipe and evenly distribute
them inside the steam tray.
• Follow steps 2–10 of "Standard Operating Procedure for Automatic
Programs".
When boiling vegetables and other food, follow the steps 1–10 of "Standard
operating Procedure for Automatic Programs". The cook time of the program
starts to count down after water comes to a full boil and sufficient amount
of steam is generated.
SOUP Program
The program is recommended for cooking soup and different legumes.
Default time is 1 hour. It can be adjusted from 10 minutes to 8 hours in 5
minute intervals.
