8.3 Control via an external analogue signal 0 –10 V
The pump is equipped with an input for connecting an external
analogue signal generator 0 –10 VDC (terminals 5 and 6).
The pump can be regulated by an external control using this input.
The pump characteristics can be adjusted in the range between
the MIN characteristic and the appropriately set feed height,
(pos. 2) via the external analogue signal.

Description
1
Maximum delivery head/constant characteristic curve
2
Selected delivery head/constant characteristic curve
Connection and adjustment
1. Clamps 3 and 4 must not be bridged
2. Set the feed height with
3. Interrupt voltage supply
4. Now bridge clamps 3 and 4
5. Attach 0–10 V to clamps 5 and 6
The input for the MIN characteristic curve
Note
(terminals 3 and 4) must be short-circuited
8.4 External forced control
The pump is equipped with inputs for external signals governing
external desmodronic control:
– Pump ON/OFF (terminals 1 and 2)
– Operation at the MIN characteristic curve (terminals 3 and 4).
During forced control, the illuminated fields
or message lights show the function currently active.

The input for the MIN characteristic curve is only active
when the input for ON/OFF is short-circuited.
