Cleaning stainless steel surfaces

. If aggressive cleansers have been used, thoroughly wipe down the cleaned components and
surfaces with a clean, damp dish cloth, without the use of a cleaning agent.
. Clean stainless steel surfaces with a fat dissolving cleaner or a special stainless steel
cleaner.
. Rub cleaned parts and surfaces dry with a soft cloth.

Troubleshooting

If faults should occur, check them using the following table:
Fault
The green indic­
ator light or the
light ring does not
illuminate when
the appliance is
turned on.
The device is
turned on and
does not heat up.
The device does
not heat but the
indicator lights or
the light ring are
illuminated.
If you can not resolve the fault,
− turn off the device and disconnect from the power,
− do not open the cover,
− inform customer service.
Possible cause
Main switch on front of the appli­
ance is not turned on.
There is no power supply at all.
The circuit breaker has tripped.
An energy optimizing unit does
not switch the heater on.
Safety temperature limiter did
turn off.
Remedy
Turn on the main switch.
Contact power supplier.
Let authorized customer service check
the appliance for possible faults.
Reset the circuit breaker.
Check the energy optimizing unit.
Have the appliance checked by an electri­
cian or by customer service.
