Use the wheel wrench to hold the shock
body and remove the top cap.
Empty the fluid from out of the shock.
Halten Sie den Stoßdämpfer mit einem

Sie den Stoßdämpfer.

Hold the shaft with a multi-wrench and remove the shock end. Push the shaft into the shock body and remove through the
top. Remove the lower shock cap, dust cover, O-rings and spacer. Clean the shock body. Install new O-rings, re-install the
spacer and dust cover, replace the O-ring and install the lower shock cap. DO NOT TIGHTEN. Clean the threads of the
shock shaft with spray cleaner. Install the shock shaft through the shock bottom and tighten the bottom cap. Re-install the
boot and shock end on the shaft.
Halten Sie die Kolbenstange mit einem Schraubenschlüssel und entfernen die Kugelpfanne. Drücken Sie die Kolbenstage
in das Gehäuse und ziehen diese raus. Entfernen Sie die untere Kugelpfanne, Staubschutz, O-Ringe und das Distanzstück.
Säubern Sie das Gehäuse. Setzen Sie neue O-Ringe ein, das Distanzstück und den Staubschutz mit dem unteren
Stoßdämpferende ein. Ziehen Sie das noch nicht fest. Reinigen Sie die Gewinde mit Sprühreiniger. Schieben
Sie die Kolbenstange durch das Dämpfergehäuse und schrauben die untere Stoßdämpferkappe fest. Setzen Sie die
Gummimanschette wieder auf und schrauben die Kugelpfanne wieder an.
Maintenez la tige de l'amortisseur et dévissez la chape. Poussez l'axe dans l'amortisseur et retirez-le par le haut. Retirez
le bouchon inférieur, la protection anti-poussière, les joints toriques et l'entretoise. Nettoyez le corps de l'amortisseur.
Ré-installez de nouveaux joints toriques, l'entretoise et la protection anti-poussière, replacez le joint torique et le bouchon
inférieur. NE PAS serrer. Nettoyez le filetage de l'axe à l'aide de nettoyant en bombe. Glissez l'axe par le bas et serrez le
bouchon inférieur. Ré-installez la chaussette de protection, puis la chape.
Tenere l'albero con una chiave multipla e togliere il terminale dell'ammortizzatore. Spingere l'albero nel corpo
dell'ammortizzatore e toglierlo dall'alto. Togliere il tappo inferiore dell'ammortizzatore, il copripolvere, l'o-ring e il distanziale.
Pulire il corpo dell'ammortizzatore. Montare nuovi o-ring, rimontare il distanziale e il copripolvere, sostituire l'o-ring e installare
il coperchio inferiore dell'ammortizzatore. NON STRINGERE. Pulire la il filetto dell'albero con un pulitore spray. Inserire
l'albero dell'ammortizzatore infilandolo dalla parte inferiore e stringere il coperchio inferiore. Rimontare la protezione in gomma
e il terminale sull'albero.
