11.3 Problems - Causes - Solutions
The following table indicates the possible error or alarm causes which may lead to a partial or total shutdown of the
appliance.
The icon of the Maintenance Technician in the "Notes / Recommended Intervention" box means that the operation must
be carried out by the Maintenance Technician only.
Fault
The machine does not turn on
The display shows:
"EMPTY THE DRAWER"
No water or steam is dispensed
Coffee is not hot enough
The machine requires too much time
to warm up, the water quantity is
reduced

How to reset the function
Cause
No voltage
The used capsule drawer is full.
The steam/hot water wand hole is clogged
The machine has not yet reached the right
temperature
The machine circuit is clogged by
limescale
Notes / Recommended Intervention
Check:
if the plug is connected
if the all-pole switch (if any) is on
the fuses of the electrical system
Contact the service provider.

Empty the capsule drawer and place
it back properly
Clean it with a thin needle
Wait for the machine to reach the ideal
temperature
