1 Problem with the left capsule drawer (group 1)

If the capsules are not removed from the drawer after
several brewing cycles, the machine will stop working.
It can happen on both sides, independently.
In the example below, the left drawer is blocked.
In this case, the machine
does not allow coffee to
be brewed.

Extract the corresponding drawer from the machine.
In order to avoid any accidental leakage, pay special
attention while handling the drawers.
Extract the capsule drawer from the drip tray.
Empty the capsule drawer, throwing the used capsules into
a suitable container.
Empty the drip tray with caution.
