11.2 Warning signals
This chapter describes all the warning messages that the machine may display to the user and the actions that can and/or
must be performed by the user.
Messages often come with symbolic images, in order to facilitate their understanding.
Sometimes the warning messages are just an image.
NB: (*) indicates that the message may affect either side of the machine.
Warning signals
Refill water tank Fill the water tank with fresh drinking water.
Err Flowmeter 1 Group flowmeter error.
Err Flowmeter 2 The sensor does not read enough pulses.
Perform a power OFF/ON to try to unblock the water circuit.
If the message persists please contact the customer support.
Error temp. Probe2 Boiler temperature sensor error group 2.
Error temp. Probe1 Boiler temperature sensor error group 1.
H2O Probe Error Water boiler temperature sensor error.
Pressure Sensor Err Pressure probe error.
Heating TimeOut 2 Slow heating of group 2 boiler.
Perform a power OFF / ON to reset the error.
If the message persists please contact the customer support.
Heating TimeOut 1 Slow heating of group 1 boiler.
Perform a power OFF / ON to reset the error.
If the message persists please contact the customer support.
TimeOut Heating H2O Slow heating for water boiler.
Perform a power OFF / ON to reset the error.
If the message persists please contact the customer support.
TimeOut filling H2O Steam boiler filling error.
Water boiler does not fill up.
Perform a power OFF / ON to reset the error.
Remove Coffee capsule Empty the right/left capsule drawer.
INSERT BIN Insert the left/right drip tray and capsule drawer into place.
Overheating protection.
OVER HEATING
Wait for the temperature to restore.
The right (2)/left (1) capsule drawer is reaching the maximum capacity of used
capsules.
The message is displayed 5 capsules before the shutdown.
Empty the capsule drawer asap.
Washing in progress. The machine is performing the rinse cycle.
Do not remove the Wait until the machine has completed the cycle.
water tank
The "Intenza" water filter must be replaced with a new one.
Filter replacement
Contact the service provider.
The machine requires a descaling cycle.
Contact the service provider.
HEATING PLEASE WAIT The machine is warming up to brew beverages or dispense hot water.
Wait for the group to reach the desired temperature.
INSERT NEW The machine checks whether a capsule is inserted by detecting the opening and
CAPSULE closing of the capsule tray.
Place a compliant capsule into the capsule tray.
