BIFLEX is intended for use on the arms or legs and is suitable for
adults and children with one of the listed medical indications.

5. Return to the top of the foot and pass the bandage round the ankle.
6. Wind the bandage up round the calf, evenly spacing the rounds
according to the instructions.
7. Secure the bandage using a sticking plaster or the fastener provided.
The bandage may be used together with a foam bandage or Varico foam
pads for deformed or bony areas.
Graduated bandages:
The markings help control the level of compression when applying the
bandage. The correct level of stretch is achieved when the rectangles
printed on the bandage are stretched into squares (diagram 1).
The markings also act as a guide for the level of coverage:
- Squares half covered with each round = Level 1 (BIFLEX 16+) / Level 3
(BIFLEX 17+) (diagram 2)
- Squares fully covered with each round = Level 2 (BIFLEX 16+) / Level 4
(BIFLEX 17+) (diagram 3)
BIFLEX + PRATIC bandages:
The bandage has a stirrup at one end to secure it around the foot, with
markings showing the direction in which to wrap the bandage.
NB: After removing the bandage, roll it up starting at the end without the stirrup.
