TECHNICAL DATA AND FUNCTION OF THE TYPE 1094
CONTROL ELECTRONICS
Type 1094 control electronics for driving the Type 6021, 6022, 6023, 6223, 2821, 2832,
2834 and 2386 proportional valves
specially designed for these valve types: ensures an optimal function of these valve
types
converts an external standard signal into a PWM signal, with which the opening of the
valve can be continuously varied
the frequency of the PWM signal can be adjusted to match the valve used
standard signal inputs can be selected from 0-10V, 0 - 20 mA or 4 - 20 mA
can be delivered in two designs:
a)
Type 1094-24/=-PHR-E06-000
- separate electronics in a housing for standard rail mounting to
DIN EN 50 022
- can be used for all types of valve listed and for different standard signal inputs
- selection of the valve type and the standard signal inputs via DIP switch (see. 4.2)
b) Type 1094-24/=-PMR-...
- plug-in design: integrated into the cable plug housing
- suitable for valve types 6022, 6023, 6223, 2832, 2834 and 2386
- quote desired standard signal input when ordering (component insertion variants)
- depending on the type of valve, two different PWM frequencies can be selected
integrated current regulation for compensation of the coil heating
continuous variation of the opening of the valve, and thereby the fluidic output
dimension (e.g., flow), is possible by changing the effective coil current (via the
switching relationship of the output PWM signal);
the current values at which the valve starts to open (I
opened (I
) depend on the pressure relationships in the actual application
2
by means of the two potentiometers R
values of the coil current can be optimally adjusted to the pressures in the respective
applications (see 4.3):
-
zero-point potentiometer R
value of the control signal, and thereby the start of valve opening
-
amplification potentiometer R
and thereby the maximum current I
signal, e.g., 10V) (see Diagram 1)
the zero-point switch-off guarantees that the valve will close completely with an input
signal < 2% of the maximum value; the coil current will thereby be electronically set to
zero for input signals below this threshold (e-g., 0.2 V for standard signal input 0 .. 10V)
(Diagram 1);
this zero-point switch-off can be de-activated via a DIP switch, e.g., for the simplest
settings of the start of opening of the valve using potentiometer R
