Lets you set up to 32 holidays (month, day and holiday programme)
with which to associate a programme from those available Run-
ning the holiday programme takes priority over the programme set
in the
WEEKLY CALENDAR.
To disable a holiday, set month=0 and day=0
If a non-existent day is set, the programme will not be run and there
will be no error notification
