The maintenance must be performed in an unclassifi ed area, without a potentially
explosive atmosphere.
The work may only be carried out by skilled personnel who have been authorized to do so
by the safety offi cer.
Use only tools intended for the work to be performed and in perfect condition. The use of
unsuitable or ineff ective tools may cause serious damage.
4.3
Maintenance interventions
Attention.
All work described must be carried out with the mains plug disconnected.
Wear suitable protective clothing such as safety goggles and/or gloves during any cleaning
or maintenance intervention.
For the proper operation of the pre-separator, it is recommended to carry out regular
checks:
Screws and nuts must always be well tightened.
Make sure that the container is not too full. It should be emptied as soon as the
absorbed material reaches 3/4 of the total capacity.
Check the condition of the suction hose and the accessories used.
The hose, if perforated, reduces the suction power and disperses absorbed dust or
liquids in the surrounding area
