1.9 Warranty
THE MANUFACTURER OF THE MACHINE warrants this pre-separator model for a period
of 12-month warranty from the date of purchase indicated on the dealer's invoice
date of purchase.
The warranty will be void if repairs are made by unauthorized personnel or if equipment
or accessories not supplied or approved or recommended by THE MACHINE MANUFAC-
TURER are used. The same applies if the serial number is removed or altered during the
warranty period.
THE MANUFACTURER OF THE MACHINE agrees to correct manufacturing defects by
repairing or replacing the defective part for the duration of the warranty period. Repairs will
be carried out exclusively in our factory or in the customer service center specifi ed by us.
For this purpose, the device must be sent to us free of charge (transport costs to be borne
by the operator, unless otherwise agreed).
The warranty does not cover the cleaning of the operating organs.
Defects that are not clearly attributable to material or manufacturing defects will be inspec-
ted exclusively at our factory or at a customer service center specifi ed by us. If the claim is
unjustifi ed, all costs for repair and/or replacement of parts will be charged to the purchaser.
Proof of purchase must be presented to the technical personnel responsible for the repair
or enclosed with the pre-separator sent in for repair.
The following are excluded from the warranty in any case: unforeseen and transport da-
mages, damages caused by negligence, improper use or failure to follow the instructions
given in the manual, as well as operations not related to the normal use or operation of the
equipment.
THE MANUFACTURER OF THE MACHINE disclaims any liability for possible personal
injury or property damage resulting from improper use of the pre-separator.
The manufacturer does not accept any liability in the following cases:
Failure to follow the instructions
Use of other than original spare parts
Lack of maintenance of the device.
