Structural damage, alterations, tampering or improper repairs may compromise the safety
of the pre-separator and thus void the warranty certifi cate.
Modifi cation interventions must be carried out only by technicians of the company.
During maintenance interventions, a sign with the inscription "MACHINE IN MAINTENAN-
CE" must be attached to the preseparator.
Climbing on the pre-separator is prohibited.
When restoring the original operating conditions, following the work, the personnel must
check that the normal safety functions of the preseparator are restored. This applies in par-
ticular to protective devices and covers aff ected by the intervention.
Only adult persons are allowed to use the preseparator.
Always block the preseparator during use using the wheel lock provided.
For industrial pre-separator in antistatic version, connect the clamp to a conductive surface
to lead the excess current into the ground.
For industrial pre-separators:
• Connect the clamp to a conductive surface to direct the excess current into the ground.
• All maintenance activities must be performed in an area with an unclassifi ed atmo-
sphere.
• Do not pick up smoldering dust or other sources of ignition.
• The user should wear antistatic clothing as well as antistatic shoes.
• Opening the container should be done after 10 minutes in a non-classifi ed area.
• Do not pick up fl ammable or explosive substances (fuels, solvents, etc.). If these mate
rials are to be sucked up, the machine must be built with explosion protection for the
motor and the electrical electrical system.
