7.0 TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEMS
The lift does not work.
No reaction.
When the UP push-button (19,
Fig. 1) is pressed, the lift does
not run.
Nothing happens when the
UP push-button (19, Fig. 1) is
pressed.
Carriage P1 is in a higher or
lower position with respect to
carriage P2.
Pressing the DOWN
push-button (20, Fig.1), the
carriages stop at different
heights.
Pressing the DOWN
push-button (20, Fig.1), the
carriages do not go down.
7.1 SPARE PARTS
Spare parts purchase orders shall be submitted to the manufacturer, and shall include the following
information:

Type, version, and serial number of the lift. These data are stamped on the plate fixed to all
equipment (§ 1.5).
Spare parts table number, and part number.

Part description and required quantity.
•
Shipping means. If this item is not specified, the manufacturer, even devoting special care
to this service, is not liable for any shipping delay due to force majeure.
Shipping charges always have to be borne by the consignee. Goods travel at consignee's risk, even
if sold free at destination.
In case of request, please refer only to the position number of each single item of the spare parts
table.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- No power supply.
- Cable connections.
- Burnt-out fuses.
- Motor direction of rotation.
- Not enough oil inside tank.
- Discharge solenoid valve (EV 1) open.
- Cable connections.
- Micro-switch FC1 tripped or faulty.
- Presence of air in the system.
- Misalignment.
- Safety valve operation.
- Micro-switch FC1 tripped or faulty.
- Carriage is stuck.
- Automatic lifting time too short.
ACTIONS
- Check cause.
- Check connections.
- Replace.
- Reverse cable connections.
- Restore oil level.
- Check EV1.
- Check connections.
- Check FC1.
- Follow the instructions in § 4.4.6.2.
- Carry out the alignment of the
carriages (§ 4.4.6.2).
