How to connect WebGuard
Start the Web browser (Internet Explorer) in your local PC and enter the IP address of the DVR in the
location/address field. Get the IP address from the network administrator. WebGuard runs automatically.
NOTE: WebGuard only works with Microsoft Internet Explorer and will NOT work with Netscape.
Web Sever Setup
The DVR includes a personal web sever. If you do not want to run a web sever, turn it off by clicking the Set
up Web Sever... button under the System tab of the Setup dialog box in the SmartGuard mode and follow
the instructions.
