Initial prime
Air pressure at zero
1 Connect a product hose to the pump's
fluid outlet.
2 Direct the hose into an appropriate collec-
tion container.
3 Place the pump in the fluid to be
dispensed.
4 Slowly supply air pressure to the pump's
motor.
5 Allow the pump to cycle slowly until the
fluid is free of air.

page 18 for details.
W A R N I N G
Disconnect air to motor if leakage occurs
anywhere within system.
Failure to comply may result in serious
personal injury and/or death.
Leakage and Stall
With air pressure at zero:
1 Attach a control valve to outlet hose of
the pump.
2 Open nozzle on control valve.
3 Slowly supply air pressure to
pump motor.
4 Allow pump to cycle slowly until fluid is
free of air.
5 Set air pressure to normal
operating pressure.
6 Operate control valve into a container.
7 Shut off control valve.
8 Visually inspect pump for
external leaks.
9 Check motor for air leakage.

Notice
Pump should not cycle more than
once or twice in one hour.
