• Make sure the appliance is turned off. Set up the assembled vegetable chopper (G) tilted towards you,
facing the outlet (A7), hold the vegetable chopper at the bottom.
• Pivot the feed tube to the back until it stops. (fig. 6c)
• Place a large bowl or the blender bowl (B1) under the vegetable chopper to collect the ingredients.
Tips:
You can prepare up to 2 kg of food, maximum running time: 10 min
Grate: speed 8 to 10
• Use the grater drum (G5) to finely grate emmental, carrots, etc.
• Use the thick grater drum (G4) to grate julienne carrots, courgettes, cooked beetroot, etc.
Slice: speed 6 to 8
• Use the slicer drum (G3) to slice carrots, courgette, potatoes, etc.
Shred: speed 10 to 12
• Use the shredder drum (G6) to shred potatoes, parmesan, etc. into fine flakes
Starting up:
• Turn the speed selector (A1) to the desired speed.
• Wait a few seconds for the appliance to reach the desired speed.
• Add the pieces of fruit or vegetables through the feed tube on the cover (G1), pushing using the pusher
(G2).Never use your fingers, a spoon or any other utensil. (fig. 6d)
• To stop the appliance, return the speed selector (A1) to 0.
Dismantling the accessories:
• Wait for the appliance to be completely off.
• Pivot the feed tube to the front.
• Unlock the drum container from the outlet(A7).
• Unlock the drum latch (G7) depending on the model.
CLEANING
• Unplug the appliance.
• Completely remove the grinder head, juice extractor, vegetable chopper and blender bowl accessories.
Handle the blades with care to prevent injury.
• Wash, rinse and dry the accessories. They are all dishwasher safe, with the exception of all metal
components of the mixing and kneading accessories (C1), kneading hook (C2), balloon whisk (C3),
grinder head, body (F1), screw (F2), blade (F3), screens (F4 et F5), nut (F6), the juice extractor
waste container (H4).
• Never immerse the motor unit (A) in water or put it under running water. Wipe it with a dry or
slightly damp cloth.
• In the event any of your accessories are coloured by food (carrots, oranges, etc.), rub with a cloth soaked
in cooking oil and then clean them as usual.
• Blender (L or D): pour hot water into the blender and add a few drops of washing up liquid, close the
cover. Fit it on the appliance and give a few pulses. After removing it, rinse the bowl in running water
and allow to dry (blender upside down).
For cleaning more difficult residues, especially with thicker preparations, the removable blade assembly
can be detached from the blender To do so, once empty, turn the blender over on a flat surface, unscrew
the removable blade assembly a quarter of a turn and carefully remove the seal.
