4 - FINELY CHOPPING SMALL QUANTITIES (depending on model)
(N)
Accessory used:
- Mini-chopper (N) or grinder (K)
Fitting the accessories:
• Place the ingredients in the bowl (N2), lock the cover (N1) onto the bowl, turning it in a clockwise
direction. (fig. 4a)
• Tilt the handle (A2) located on the right side of the appliance to unlock the multi-function head (A0)
and lock it in a raised position.
• Place the bowl (B1) on the appliance, handle facing you, and slowly turn it to the left until it stops.
• Take the lid (B2) with your left hand and slide it in the runners located at the front and back of the
head (A0) until it stops.
• Tilt the handle (A2) located on the right side of the appliance to unlock the multi-function head (A0),
slide it down and press it firmly to lock it on the bowl (audible click).
• Unlock and remove the safety cover (A5) from the outlet (A4)by turning it counter-clockwise. (fig. 4b)
• Lock the mini-chopper (N) on the outlet (A4) by turning it clockwise. (fig. 4c)
• If the cover (N1) is absent or not correctly fitted on the bowl, the appliance will not start.
Starting up:
• Turn the speed selector (A1) to the desired speed depending on the type of ingredients and desired
consistency.
• To stop the appliance, turn the speed control knob (A1) back to 0.
Tips:
With the mini-chopper, (N), you can:
- chop in a few seconds: garlic cloves, herbs. parsley, max. 10 g / max. 10 sec. / Speeds 4 to 10
- nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, etc.), beef (deveined): max. 100 g / max. 10 sec. / Speeds 4 to 10
This mini-chopper is not designed for hard products like coffee.
Depending on the model, with the grinder (K) in pulse or speed 4 to 10, you can:
- grind in a few seconds: coriander, pepper, figs, dried apricot, etc.
Example: you can grind 120 g of dried apricots in 5 seconds holding down the pulse button.
Dismantling the accessories:
• To stop the appliance, return the speed selector (A1) to 0.
• Wait for the machine to come to a complete stop before removing the mini-chopper or the grinder in
an anti-clockwise direction.
• Replace the safety cover (A5) by screwing it onto the outlet (A4).
5 - EXTRACTING JUICE FROM FRUITS AND VEGETABLES (depending
on model) (H)
Accessory used:
- Juice extractor (H)
Fitting the accessory:
• Take the rotary filter (H3), place it in the waste container (H4), add the cover (H2) by lining up the
grooved part with the open padlock symbol at the top of the container, then turn the cover to line it up
with the locked padlock symbol located at the top of the container (fig. 5a). Turn the button (H6)to
the closed padlock position to lock the accessory (fig. 5b), the cover can no longer be removed. All you
have to do now is position the spout (H5) on the container (H4).
• Tilt the handle (A2) located on the right side of the appliance to unlock the multi-function head (A0)
and lock it in the elevated position.

• Place the bowl (B1) on the appliance, handle facing you, and slowly turn it to the left until it stops.
• Take the lid (B2) with your left hand and slide it in the runners located at the front and back of the
head (A0) until it stops.
• Tilt the handle (A2) located on the right side of the appliance to unlock the multi-function head (A0),
slide it down and press it firmlyto lock it on the bowl (audible click). (fig. 5c)
• Unlock and remove the safety cover (A5) from the outlet (A4) by turning it counter-clockwise. (fig. 5c)
• Make sure that the appliance is turned off before fitting the juice extractor (H),the release button (H6)
is facing you, with the pouring spout to the right of the appliance on the outlet (A4),and then turn it
clockwise to lock it. Only one position is possible, if not, the accessory will not start. (fig. 5d)
• Place a jug underneath the pouring spout to collect the juice. Do not forget to remove the drip stopper
at the tip of the pouring spout (H5). (fig 5e)
Tips:
• Cut the fruit and vegetables into pieces, peel them and remove any pips or cores (pineapples, apricots,
etc.)
• Do not process 300g of food more than 5 times continuously without letting your appliance cool down
completely
Important: clean the filter (H3) and the container body (H4) every 300 g of ingredients
• Drink the juice soon after preparation.
Operating your appliance (maximum running time: 10 min):
• Turn the speed selector (A1) to speed 12. Wait a few seconds for the appliance to reach the desired
speed.
• Add the pieces of fruit or vegetables through the feed tube on the cover, pushing slowly using the pusher
(H1). Never use your fingers, a spoon or any other utensil.
• Allow the appliance to run for a few seconds after the last piece has been added to extract the most
juice possible.
• To stop the appliance, return the speed selector (A1) to 0.
Removing the accessory:
• Wait for the filter to come to a complete stop (H3).
• Replace the drip stopper, remove the accessory from the outlet (A4) by turning it anti-clockwise.
• Turn the button (H6) to the open padlock position (H2), turn the cover (H2) to the open padlock
position to release the cover.
• Empty the waste container.
• Replace the safety cover (A5) by screwing it onto the outlet (A4).
6 - GRATING / SLICING (depending on model) (G)
Accessory used:
- Vegetable chopper (G)
Fitting the accessory:
• Position a drum (G3) (G4) (G5) (G6) in the drum container (G1). Hook the drum latch (G7) depending
on the container model, to lock the drum on its housing. (fig. 6a)
• Attach the safety cover (A9) under the multi-function head (A0), push it until you hear a «click» to
ensure it is locked. (fig. 6b)
• Remove the cover (A8)from the outlet (A7). Check that the security cover (A5) is locked properly on
the outlet (A4). (fig. 6b)
