19. Handling

Observe all safety information in these operating instructions!
• The product is not a toy and must be kept out of reach of children. It contains small
parts that can be swallowed, glass (display) and batteries.
• The product must not be opened or disassembled (except for the procedures de-
scribed in these operating instructions for insertion/replacing the batteries).
• The product contains no parts that require maintenance by you. Opening/disas-
sembly will also cause the approval (CE) and warranty/guarantee to lapse.
• Even dropping from a low height will damage the product.
• Avoid the following adverse ambience conditions during operation:
- extreme cold or heat, direct solar radiation
- dust or flammable gases, fumes or solvents
- strong vibration, impact or blows,
- strong magnetic fields such as those near machines or speakers
