The example in the display shows the lower limit of a 30-year-
old woman with a target of stage 1 "Level 1".
• "UNIT" – Set the unit for your weight here. You can choose
between kilogram (KG) and pounds (Lb).
• "WT" – Enter your weight in the unit chosen before.
• "ALARM" – Choose if the alarm function for the pulse area is to be
active "ON" or inactive "OFF".
• To terminate the setting mode (and to save all settings), push the button (A) "ADJ/EL".
