Recording of the data during training:
• When you start training now, push the button (C) "ST/STP" to start the measurement. The
display shows "TIMER" and the stop watch starts to run.
• if your pulse exceeds the set upper pulse limit during training,
i.e. while the timer is running, the watch will bleep once. Once
it has dropped below the limit again, the watch will bleep again.
While the pulse is above the limit, an upwards arrow is shown
in the display.
• if your pulse drops below the set upper pulse limit during training,
i.e. while the timer is running, the watch will bleep once. Once
it has risen above the limit again, the watch will bleep again.
While the pulse is below the limit, a downwards arrow is shown
in the display.
• When you are done training, push the button (C) "ST/STP" again to stop the measurement.
Requesting the current training data:
• To call the current training data, push the button (D) "RESET". Each time the button is pushed,
the menu switches one item forward. The first value is displayed before you push the buttons
for the first time.
The currently requested value is always shown at the top of the display. The large display at
the middle is your current heart rate.
• "Timer" – This is the total time of your current training.
The total time in our example is 20 minutes, 48 seconds and 50
hundredths seconds.
