b) Select function
• If the pulse watch is not in mode "HRM", push the button (B)
"MODE" briefly repeatedly until the display shows "HRM".
• After approx. 2 seconds, pulse monitor is displayed automati-
cally.
c) Set personal settings
• To set your personal data, keep the button (A) "ADJ/EL"
pushed for approx. 2 to 3 seconds. While the button is pushed,
the display shows "ADJUST HOLD".
If there are already any data, the display shows "SAVE DATA"
while you push the button. Then wait until saving is completed
and push the button again.
Once "AGE" is displayed and the display flashes, release the
button again.

The procedure to set the following different values is identical.
The button (B) "MODE" switches on to the next setting. The value to be set flashes.
The button (C) "ST/STP" (up) and (D) "RESET" (down) changes the displayed value
(keep the button pushed for quick adjustment).
To terminate the setting mode (and to save all settings), push the button (A) "ADJ/
EL".
