PIP MODE The Programs · Settings and Use
The standard program – a previously set volume is aspirated and then discharged.
Volume and speed adjustments are described on pages 8 and 9.
What to do

Bring up the menu
2.
Select PIP mode
3.
Confirm PIP mode
4.
Prepare for
pipetting

Aspirate liquid

How to do it
Press the MENU key three
times to bring up the mode
selection menu. 'Mode'
blinks.
Use either the UP or DOWN
key to scroll through the
modes until 'PIP' appears.
'Mode' continues to blink.
Press the ENTER key.
The display now shows
'blo' for blow-out.
Press the pipetting key
once to move the piston
into the start position.
The arrow in the display
points upwards (aspira-
tion).
Press the pipetting key
once to aspirate the liquid.
