fireproof and dry surface, and be out of the reach of children
and persons with limited mental and sensory functions. The
power cord connected to the appliance must be properly
grounded and correspond to the technical details on the
product label.

3.3. DEVICE USE

NOTE: Make sure that the weighing pan is empty before
you turn the device on.
IMPORTANT: Leave the device turned on for 15-30
minutes before use
a)
Select weight unit
Press
the
"UNIT"
button
to
select
measurement unit.
b)
Tare the scale
Place a container or a weight on the pan.
Press the "TARE" button.
The balance will be zeroed, the tare lamp will
come on.
c)
Print function
Connect the scale to the computer.
Press the "PRINT" button.
The weight data will be sent to the computer.
d)
Counting mode
If required, place the container on the weighing pan
and press "TARE". While the zero function is active,
press the PCS button. The "—SAP 10—" message
will be displayed. Press the UNIT button to select
the sample size (10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000
pieces). After selecting the number of samples, press
the TARE button to confirm. The display will show
"LOAD-C". Place the previously selected number
of samples on the weighing pan. After the steady
reading has disappeared, the sampling procedure
is completed and you can start using the piece
counting function. Note: it is best to use more
samples to make the count more accurate.
IMPORTANT: Calibrate the scale before first use.
e)
Calibration
Press and hold the TARE button for 3 seconds,
the "LOAD-2" message will be displayed.
By using the PCS key, select "LOAD-2", "LOAD-
3" or "LOAD-4".
»
1st calibration method: constant load range
1.
Press the TARE button again, a weight value will
be displayed.
2.
Place the corresponding load on the weighing
pan.
3.
Remove the load, the next weight value will be
displayed.
4.
Place the corresponding weight. The calibration
will be completed.
»
2nd calibration method: any load range
1.
Select "LOAD-1" using the PCS key.
2.
Press the TARE button to confirm.
3.
Select the proper value on the display.
4.
To enter the value on the display, press the
"PCS" button and select the digit. Press "TARE"
to move to the next digit.
5.
After entering the appropriate value, place the
corresponding weight on the pan.

RS-232 TRANSMISSION METHOD
This function allows the measurement data to be
sent to any terminal or serial port. The device uses
a Simplex asynchronous serial communication (can
be changed to Duplex if necessary) of the RS232
electrical interface.
Rev. 09.03.2020
The data transmission is in ASCII code. Each data set
has 10 bits. Information about the individual bits:
BIT1: start bit
BIT2 - BIT9: data bit
BIT10: stop bit
Transmission speed: default "9600" bps.
TRANSMISSION DATA FORMAT
Bit 1 - 2: Operation mode:
»
WT - Weighing
»
CT - Counting
»
PC - Percentage mode.
the
Bit No. 3 - 4: Measurement status
»
OL - Overload
»
UL - Negative
»
ST - Stable
»
US - Unstable.
Bit No. 5 - 12: The measurement value contained in 8
bits where one bit corresponds to the sign separating
decimal from integer values (here "."); if the data
does not take up all 8 bits, a space will be used as the
fill.
The "+" or "-" symbol is 1 bit (spaces are used instead
of the "+" symbol).
Bit 13 - 16: The current weight unit contained in 4
bits. If the unit does not take all the 4 bits in the
weighing mode or in the percentage mode, the
empty fields will be filled with spaces.
Bit 17 - 18: Movement to the beginning of the current
line and a new line are marked with "0DH", "0AH".

USE GUIDELINES
Do NOT leave a load on the scale for long periods of
time.
Avoid extreme temperatures. Do not place the unit in
direct sunlight or near air conditioning units.
Avoid using strong electrical or magnetic fields
during use.
Avoid vibration. Do not place the device near heavy
or vibrating machinery.
Do not place the unit close to open windows, doors
or fans that may cause unstable results due to air
currents.
Keep your machine clean. Do not store products on
the scale when it is not being used.
Avoid any strong shock or heavy weight. Don't put
any article or give pressure over maximum capacity
on the scale pan even the scale is not in use.
Wrong wires connection of storage battery is
forbidden. Right connection: Red wire should be
connected with red end; Black wire should be
connected with black end
