Re-connect air line to manifold.
Repair/replace solenoid valve if it is
inoperable.
Call a qualified electrician to
diagnose electrical issues with the
solenoid coils.
Repair/replace defective air
cylinder.
Adjust flow control valve.
Activate in computer program.
Call a qualified electrician to
replace the relay.
Call qualified electrician to check
for shorts and wiring issues.
Reset E-Stop.
Contact Alpine Technical Support.
Call qualified electrician to replace
the contactor.
Replace defective motor.
Replace defective power cable.
Call qualified electrician to install
the replacement power cable.
Replace feedback cable.
Replace faulty drive.
Call qualified electrician for
electrical repairs.

Clear debris and/or unjam puck.
Highlight axis and click on enable.
Replace the motor coupling.

panel, disable then enable the axis

Loosen sensor's nut and rotate the
sensor until the reflector can be
detected. Allow 12" of stopping
distance
