Operator Safety Instructions
Before switching the unit on, all the safety and protection devices have to be fitted at correct places. .
Never cut pieces of wood so small that they cannot be held safely.
The saw disc has to turn freely.
If working wood treated or processed in any way before, special attention should be paid to nails, screws etc. Before getting
down to work, remove any foreign objects.
Before switching the main switch on, make sure the saw disc is fitted correctly and all the unit moving parts are free.
Warning! If in doubt at the assembly of this circular bench saw, consult an expert at an authorised servicing centre.
Do not use the unit before you have read the operating manual carefully .
Observe all the safety instructions indicated in the manual.
Be responsible to the others.
Step by Step Instructions
1.
Set up the stops according to the cut to be done. .
2.
Switch on the unit .
3.
Push the piece to be worked slowly and evenly using the sliding guide bar to the saw disc so that the cut may be completed.
4.
Switch off the saw and wait for the disc to come to a standstill .
5.
Now, take the piece out.

Maximum cuts:
Distance between the bench and the
splitting wedge upper edge 10 cm

Undercuts:
The splitting wedge tip 2 mm below the
saw tooth upper point .
Distance between the splitting wedge and
the saw disc 3-8 mm.

No power supply to the unit .
Thermal sensor has interrupted power
supply .
Thermal sensor defective
Motor circuit breaker
Switches off for overloading.
Supply line is too long or its cross section is
too small.
The saw disc is not sharp as needed.
The chamfer of the saw disc teeth is not
correct.
Blunt saw disc.
Troubleshooting
1.
Check the supply and power line, invite an expert
electrician to consult.
2.
Wait for 5-10 min and switch on again..

Have the replacement done by an expert
electrician only.
2.
Wait for the motor to cool down and restart in 5-10
min.

The extension cable has to be dimensioned
appropriately, 1.5 mm

Sharpen the saw disc.

Have chamfered by an expert.

Sharpen or replace the saw disc.

Remove the saw disc cover (Fig. 2/pos.
1).
Remove the removable part of the bench
and loosen both the screws on the
bench area .
Loosen the screw on the wedge so that
the wedge may be shifted – see the
type of cut at issue .
Retighten the screw, put the part of the
bench in place and fix it .
Put the disc cover back in place (Fig.
2/pos. 1).
If the unit is operated in closed rooms, it
should be connected to a suitable
sawdust exhaust.
