Install the metering valves in the correct position

The direction of flow is marked by an impressed arrow on the suction/pressure valves.
WARNING!
When installing the valves, ensure that the flow direction is correct.
9.2.3

Changing the valve cartridges, V3 type

When changing the V3 valve cartridges, be sure to insert them in the
correct position. During installation, the small O-ring (pos. 3) must be
installed facing downwards (towards the pump head).
The lower valve cartridge is installed without O-rings.
However, the position also corresponds to that of the upper cartridge here.
Consequently, the groove, in which the large O-ring (pos. 2) would fit, must
point in the direction of the pump head.
