When laying the cable, it must be at least 0.3
m from any source of electromagnetic activity
(generators, etc.) as well as from any high-
voltage (> 220 V) cables.

18.1.Mounting in a sensor pocket
The temperature sensor must be inserted right
to the stop of the sensor pocket and fixed in
position using the locking screw. The tem-
perature sensor should then be lead-sealed.

18.2. Mounting sensor directly into heat
carrier
The temperature sensor can be immersed
directly into the heat carrier with the aid of the
following mounting kit and a ball valve or T-
piece. Compared to T-piece adapters, ball
valves offer the advantage that the sensors
can be removed without having to drain the
installation.

19. Display and operation
The information to be displayed is divided into
6 levels (Level 1...6) as follows:
In normal mode, the display flashes the cumu-
lative heat quantity for 1 second every 4 sec-
onds.
Pressing the key activates the first display
position in the user level (cumulative heat
quantity).
The display levels can be selected using the
following menu. This is accessed if the key is
pressed for 8 seconds.
