12. 下糸切りスピードの調整 / Adjusting the speed of lower thread trimmer
下糸切り装置のスピードは、エアシリンダー 3 のスピードコントローラー @8 @9 で変えることができます。
1) 下メスが突き出るスピードを変えたいときは、スピードコントローラ @8 のナットを緩め、調節ねじを回し
てください。下メスが戻るスピードを変えたいときは、スピードコントローラ @9 のナットを緩め、調節ね
じを回してください。
2) 調節後、スピードコントローラー @8 @9 のナットを締めてください。
･下メスの突き出るスピードが遅いと、糸切り不良発生の原因となります。
･下メスが戻るスピードが早いと、下糸クランプ不良や針糸糸残り量ばらつき発生の原因となります。
Speed of the lower thread trimmer device can be changed with speed controllers @8 and @9 of air cylinder 3.
1) When you desire to change the protruding speed of lower knife, loosen the nut of speed controller @8 , and turn the
adjustment screw.
When you desire to change the returning speed of lower knife, loosen the nut of speed controller @9 , and turn the
adjustment screw.
2) After the adjustment, tighten the nuts of speed controllers @8 and @9 .
･ When the protruding speed of lower knife is slow, thread trimming failure will be caused.
Cau tion
･ When the returning speed of lower knife is fast, lower thread clamp failure or uneven needle thread
remaining length will be caused.

11. 糸切りセンサーの調整
Adjusting the thread trimmer sensor
下糸切り装置が元の位置に戻らないと、 ミシンがスタート
しないように、安全スイッチが設けられています。
1) 止めねじ @5 を緩めてください。
2) スイッチプレート @6 を糸切り装置が完全に元の位
置に戻っている状態で、糸切りセンサー @7 の LED
が点灯するように調整してください。
3) 止めねじ @5 を締めてください。
糸切り機構を手動で動作させる場合には、
針棒最上点において行ってください。
The safety switch is installed so that the sewing machine
does not start unless the lower thread trimmer device returns
to its home position.
1) Loosen setscrews @5 .
2) Adjust switch plate @6 so that LED of thread trimmer
sensor @7 lights up in the state that the thread trimmer
device is fully returned to its home position.
3) Tighten setscrews @5 .
Perform the work with the needle bar at the

highest position when actuating the thread
trimmer mechanism by hand.
