Cleaning and Maintenance

Regularly check the drive and control functions of the electronics at your model. All moving parts have to be easily
movable but there should not be a clearance in the bearing.
The outside of the model should only be cleaned with a soft, moistened cloth. Never use any aggressive cleansing
agents or chemical solvents, since this might damage the surfaces.
Important!
If you have to replace any damaged or worn parts, only use original spare parts.
Damage to the boat's body should only be repaired with suitable instant glue that is also suitable for ABS plastic and
not water-soluble.

The drive shaft must be regularly lubricated. This is usually announced by more water than usual being in the boat
body after a voyage and/or by the drive running roughly.
Remove the shaft completely in these cases by loosening the shaft tappet in the body and pulling out the shaft.
Grease the shaft with a bio-degradable grease and reinstall it.
