Storage, Handling and Removal Instructions:

3.4.1

Storage and Handling:

The product should be stored in a clean and safe environment to prevent product
damage. See storage Specifications under Product Specification section.
3.4.2

Removal Instruction:

WARNING:
Put the stirrup in the vertical position before you remove it from the table. Use two
hands to remove the stirrup from the table. Personal injury or equipment damage
can occur.
1. Grasp and firmly squeeze the lithotomy handle.
2. Move the Yellofins Apexso that it is oriented vertically.
3. Release the lithotomy handle.
4. Loosen the rail clamp.
5. Remove the blade mount from the rail clamp.
6. Put the Yellofins Apexon or in the storage cabinet, table, or cart
7. Remove the rail clamps from the rail of the surgical table, and put the rail clamps on
or in the storage cabinet, table, or cart.
8. Do Step 1 through Step 7 on the other stirrup.

Troubleshooting Guide:

This device does not have a troubleshooting guide. For technical support user of the
device shall first contact Hill-Rom Technical Support.

Device Maintenance:

3.6.1

Labels

Make sure that all labels are installed and can be read. Replace labels as necessary by
using a plastic scraper to remove the label. Use an alcohol wipe to remove any adhesive
residue.
