Installation of the Underside-Connection control module with fas-
tening
bolts
■ Coat the thread of the fastening bolt with loctite.
■ Insert the fastening bolt in one of the fastening fastening holes [16-
1], [16-3] and screw tight.
■ Insert and mount the automatic gun in the system.
Installation of the Rear-Connection control module
■ Install the automatic gun in the system using the fastening holes [17-1].
Installation of the Rear-Connection control module with fastening
bolts
■ Coat the thread of the fastening bolt with loctite.
■ Insert fastening bolts in fastening hole [17-2] and screw tight.
■ Insert and mount the automatic gun in the spraying system.
Installation of the Rear-Connection control module with connec-
tion
plate (accessories) and mounting bolt
■ Place the connection plate [19-2] on the control module [19-1] in the
correct position.
■ Guide the fastening screws [19-4] through the connection plate,
insert in the fastening holes [17-1] and screw tight.
■ Insert mounting bolt [19-3] in the mounting hole [18-1] of the con-
nection plate.
■ Fasten the automatic gun in the spraying system with the fastening
bolt and align accordingly.

10. Operation

Attention!
Damage from loose screws
Loose screws can cause damage to parts or result in malfunctions.
→ Tighten all screws by hand and check that they are screwed tight.
